MUNA Michigan Hosts Joyful Eid Reunion and Picnic in Warren

The Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA) Michigan Chapter organized a vibrant Eid Reunion and Picnic on June 22 at Halmich Park in Warren, Michigan. The event turned into a festive gathering with the participation of hundreds of Bangladeshi expatriates and people of all ages.

The day-long event featured a variety of activities, including quizzes, sports, cultural performances by children and teenagers, and a prize distribution ceremony. Guests enjoyed a diverse range of flavorful dishes served at lunch, while spending the day exchanging Eid greetings, sharing stories, and enjoying each other’s company.

The discussion segment was presided over by Shamsul Alam, President of MUNA Hamtramck Chapter. The chief guest was Hafiz Ariful Haque, National Assistant Executive Director of MUNA. Several other local leaders also addressed the audience.

Organizers expressed that such Eid celebrations help strengthen bonds of harmony and brotherhood within the expatriate community.
